. The Little Griddle is a family owned and operated business. Established in 2011, we have been serving Meridian and surrounding areas with concession and catering needs. With a wide variety of menu items there is something for everyone's taste. We are a mobile concession trailer, so wherever you are we are available to serve. From school fundraising, sporting events, to fairs and festivals we can meet your concession needs.
